Food Standards Australia has announced that Patties Foods Pty Ltd will be recalling #Leggo's Fresh #Napoli Sauce with #Tomato products.
Products: 250g Garlic, Basil and Thyme
📌Leggo branded pasta sauce is being recalled from Woolworths due to concerns about 'plastic and metal' parts in it.
The product was announced to be available at all Woolworths stores across Australia and in use until October 2, 2021.
Consumers were warned not to consume the recalled sauce. The sauce can cause injury or illness.
“Food products containing metal and plastic can cause illness/injury when consumed,” Food Standards Australia said.
In the statement; “Consumers should not eat this product. They must return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.”
