#Queensland businessman Clive Palmer will take Western Australia's (WA) plan to the Supreme Court.

WA PREMIER Mark McGowan said the border measures are aimed at protecting Western Australians.
According to WA's plan, those who want to enter the state from high-risk areas will have to take at least one dose of covid.

In a statement, Palmer claimed that the requirement violated Article 117 of the constitution.

🔥NSW DECLARED HIGH RISK
The WA Government would require anyone granted exemption to enter the state to point out proof of a minimum of one dose of COVID-19 vaccine and a negative COVID test result 72 hours prior to departure.
Palmer argued that this was unconstitutional and that the people of NSW were discriminated against.
The Supreme Court announced that it did not receive any documents or notices from Palmer.
