As'ad AbuKhalil is a Lebanese-American professor of political science at California State University, Stanislaus.
He is also a virulent antisemite who spreads conspiracy theories about the world's only Jewish state.
Here's what he decided to tweet in response to news Israel is trying to do it's best to protect her citizens from coronavirus:
This is a blatant libel, plain and simple. Israel's Arab and non-Jewish population has access to exactly the same services as our Jews, be it medical or otherwise. You need just visit an Israeli hospital to see it.
AbuKhalil is careful to write in his Twitter profile "Obviously, my views are my own and not of the university where I teach or the city where I live." He is doing this because he knows it gives him carte blanche to spread any blood libels he wants.
Speaking about coronavirus, I am sure it would have a field day living in his hair.
