Delving into the depths of a sunflower creates a somewhat surreal image.
Several photographs were taken as a focus stack on my automated focusing rail and then combined in Helicon Focus. At such large magnification it is difficult to get a sharp focus, but I am fairly pleased with the result. It is a very time-consuming process, and one little mistake means that up to an hour's work can be wasted.
