Fraudish? How so? because its not offered on the SE exchange? The 95% buyback offer has been in place from day 1 and is something that only SPinvest offers to its token holders. Only recently was it offered on the SE exchange. It costs to much time and STEEM to maintain.

What other tokens on the SE exchange offer buyback deals? I don't think any but i could be wrong.

SPIR tokens have been issued to raise STEEM and increase earnings for SPinvest, not to buy them back. I would assume they will be traded on the SE exchange someday like every other SE token so you might get one for less than 100 STEEM if you wait.
