I am busy

These days are very busy for me. There are lots of work I have to complete. I feel tired and I have bad headache these days. Actually, I am fed-up with my work load. Because I have too many assignments, too many reports to submit not only that I have to prepare few presentations in different subject streams. I don’t know how to complete all these work before the deadline of each.

Yesterday our faculty board conducted and they decided to conduct online examinations. After hearing that my stress become double. Now I feel my head is pressed by someone toughly.

Among the thousands of assignments, I have an interesting one, in our Organizational Behavior subject. For that need to select an organization in our area and follow their own cultural practices inside the organization. Some of them are their values, artifacts, language, uniforms, annual functions and also how they treat for employee, they are profit oriented or team oriented like things.

Due to pandemic condition we unable to visit the selected places. So, I decided to call my friend who works in a Tea Factory to collect information which require for do the assignment. He promised me to send some photographs which help to show their own culture inside the factory.

By doing that assignment I think I can learn cultural differences between the organizations for that I planned to refer other’s assignments after submit them.

That assignment may be teaching us how to adopt different culture when we newly enter into different organizations. Because all the organizations do not have same cultural background so we have to adapt them when we start to work in an organization after complete the degree.

I am happy to do such kind of interesting assignments than the assignments which we have to refer lots of referring materials.
