Anger is a normal part of life. But, often anger ends in repentance. Because when we are angry, we can't control ourselves. From a young age, we have been angry at different times, for different reasons. We usually get angry when a friend makes a joke, watches a movie, or sees something we do not like. Some people get angry over everything over time, and it can turn into disease later on. Therefore, it is not wise to be angry at everything. So we can use different methods to control our anger.

Some issues come into our lives and we need to take action right away. And there are some issues, we should have kept quiet. Because the best solution for that situation is to be quiet and step aside. Being in a place where we get angry makes us angrier, but it does not decrease. Therefore, if we act angry when we need to be silent, we may face many bad consequences. So be quiet when you need to be quiet.

Most of the time we get angry with someone else. It's because of him or her. But if you have to deal with him in the same way, you will have to face more problems. So the best thing is not to get angry with the person who is going to make you angry. If there is a problem between the two of you, explain to him or her why. Even if he speaks angrily to you, try to talk to him in a very friendly way. So he will not be angry and you will not be angry and the problem will just be solved.

03) Count from 01 to 10.

This is a simple thing we have known well since childhood. Perhaps you already know this from your parents or teachers. When something annoying happens to you, start counting from 1 to 10. Keep doing this until your anger subsides. Later, you will control your anger without even realizing it.

Another good thing to do when angry is to divert attention. When you've experienced friends trying to create a conflict, there's a time when they try to stop the conflict by making a joke in between. There have been several such occasions in my life. Because of this, we can control our anger by making a joke that comforts the angry person.

Sometimes the best thing we can do when angry comes is to look at a fish tank. Even psychiatrists have said that when we look at the behavior of fish whenever we feel angry or sad, the anger and sadness in our hearts can disappear unknowingly. Also, when a pet dog or a pet is petted at such a time, the anger can go away. But some people get angry and attack the animals. By making friends with animals without doing such bad things, we can simply lose our temper.

• And one of the best ways to control anger is to practice listening to your favorite song. It changes the focus of the mind and can easily control the anger in the heart.

So when you feel angry too, I think you can reduce the anger in your heart by following these methods.

Very important article malli... This is my experience . When I was schooling, I got too angry even for small things. After doing A/Ls, I had a free time untill going to uni. That period I did meditation.

Now I rarely get angry. Anger is a minus point in our lives.
