Yesterday was a very sad day to all of the cricket fans. Yesterday, not only Sri Lankan cricket fans but also cricket fans in other countries were also worried. Because Lasith Malinga has announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. Mali who holds a number of world records for Sri Lanka of cricket, finally decided to retire by leaving a note on the Facebook of his official page. So I thought it would be nice to share his post with you.
"The experience that I have gained through the past 17 years will no longer be needed in the field since I have decided to retire from T20 cricket marking my retirement from all formats of cricket.
But I will be continuously supporting the younger generations who thrives to uplift the spirit of the game and I will always be there with all who love the game.

That's words are heart touching . So when we talk something about his cricket life , he did a lot of things to Sri Lanka cricket. Such as , He is the one and only player 5 Hat Tricks and 2 double Hat Tricks , He is the most wicket taker in T20 internationals and 3rd highest wicket taker in world cups. As well as the most important thing is he is the 2014 world cup winning captain.These are only few things that he did in his cricket life.

I thought he would play the T20 world cup in this year. Unfortunately he isn't play.Finally I would like to finish this post from his another beautiful few words."While my shoes will rest. My love for the game will never ask rest. Looking forward to seeing our youngsters make history."
