This song hits hard. When most people laugh at the dry zone, this is the harsh reality of the people living there, which I experience to some extent. When I was watching this, I remembered ZD8 song by Charitha Attalage & Kasun Edirisinghe. It talked about the common scenario of the people's lives in rural villages through the music video. And once again these guys have done it at perfect timing.

No pure drinking water, hence the kidney problems
Poor public transportation
The health sector is ruined without proper doctors and facilities
Wild elephant attacks
Irrigation issues and the least attention to the agricultural sector

Against all these odds, strong yet poor villagers struggle for their and children's lives. In this 10-minute video, everything was touched smoothly. This is the development that 76 years of regimes have given to these people. Just think about the two levels in the same country. When some guys ask the president what alcohol he prefers, some people don't have good-quality water. They are unable to satisfy their basic needs.

Thousands of people still die due to not having proper access to water or quality food. People die and properties are destroyed from the elephants' attacks. Health professionals are leaving from the rural areas. All the past governments couldn't solve these basic problems. Are they hard? Even I have good solutions, at least better than doing nothing. With the economic crisis, things got even harder for these people. If the rulers have the intention or love the country and its people people should not suffer from these types of things.

Just think about the parents, who lost their only kid without proper water, and then were unable to take her to the nearest hospital at night.

It's not just the politicians, for this type of lifestyle, people make fun of them on social media. They are little people, who don't know a shit about the reality of the country. Was it the fault of these people? I saw a beautiful comment, it's amazing to travel to Meemure but not to live there. I'll just leave it there to think about

We know the capacity of Yuki and Ravi Jay and the magics created by these two combination. And have to say, they have given us another masterpiece. One that can open the eyes. Yeah, art is a great tool that helps to make the change we expect. We need humane and creative artists, and sensitive people to grab the essence.

Hope the new government will understand the heartbeat of the untold stories of these people and make the change.!!!
