Cheers to the new beginning😍 | 5% to SL Charity

We all have relatives. Some of them are very closer and friendly with us. Some don't have a good relationship us and the others don't have anything with us; they are very distant from our hearts that we don't have good or bad relationship with them. The first category is the most important one. They are the ones who share happiness and sad and love with us, who are truly happy when we are doing great. But we meet only few of them in our lives. Even the few of them can make our lives more beautiful and peaceful.

Today I've going to write about one of my cousin's achievement. He is one of the closest one for us from our relatives.

He decided to built a new house a time ago. He is doing a job in a distant area so he didn't have much time to spend for it. So we helped him for it as much as we are able, specially my father. Whenever father went somewhere and is late, we know that he has gone to the area that the house is building. Time flied fast and the house building has ended nicely. It is a very beautiful house and even it made me wanna build a new beautiful house for us too.

Finally, it was the day of opening the new house. The family of my cousin's wife is a lovely family bound to traditions of the country. So, the house opening was done according to the traditions we have. I am not a person who believe good or bad times, some customs a lot. But believe me it was nice with all these customs which bound all the family members and relatives together.

At the auspicious time they choose, we went into the house in a queue. My brother was carrying a statue of Lord Buddha and the others were bringing milk rice, traditional sweets and essential things to home. Father of the cousin's wife who is a very religious person was chanting pirith in a side of the door. Actually, I felt something when walking into the house in that way.

There were only a very few of us as many cannot be invited for this. But as I believe, it is so good when only the most comfortable people were invited for any of functions because I have seen many people who does many things to make us feel bad in our good days. So only the ones who support and bless us is enough.

A table was arranged with milk rice, sweets and tea. There were few kids with whom I played sometimes and returned home after the lunch. My father and mother stayed to help them arrange the things in their new house. I think that I will not forget this day in my life.

I wanted to share some pics of going into house but as every single time I wanted to take photos, my battery was read. So, I only have the photos I got after I charged it. It was a fresh experience to me as I have never been on this kind of ceremony earlier.
