Two in One Challenge | Steem Sri Lanka | Contest Series : Round 2 | Week 01 | An Evening Spent in the Galle Face

It was the last day of the first semester examination. We wanted some relaxation to our minds after that exhausting period. So we decided to visit Galle Face in the evening.

When we arrived there, there were many local and foreign people visited there. Some were flying kites, some were playing in the beach and some were talking with their loved ones. There was a man who was painting the beautiful scenery of the sun setting.

We sat on a bench there looking at the ocean. The breeze came from the ocean was very soothing. So we could not notice that we had spent several hours looking at the sea.

We were hungry then, so we had a walk looking for a food stall. There were many stalls there selling foods and toys but the goods in them were more expensive than in the other places. We bought some prawn wades and ate them looking at the orange sky.

We spent some more time there and returned to the university. That journey made our minds relaxed as we expected.
