Special Roasted Chicken

Greetings to all. I hope we're all good. And let me have here with this.

When I went to my mountainous province hometown, we've got to cook what we've got. We bought this whole chicken for the price of 200 PHP or 3.97 USD. We made it as Special Roasted Chicken. Do you know what made it special? Well, it's cooked with love after all. This is made really special, with love for us - family.

Preparations for this:

• Wash the whole chicken.
• Prepare the spices as many as you like: (the more, the better) minced garlic; onion, onion leaves, seasonings, calamansi.
• Make a certain cut in chicken. Put the spices inside. Stitch the cut. Set aside. Leave it even for 5 minutes to let it absorb.
• Make a fire with charcoal. Put the chicken in a clean bamboo. Put on the fired charcoal with even heat in order to have an even cook. Roll the bamboo to roast the chicken evenly until cooked.

• To be able to determine if it's cooked already, prick it with fork and check it's tenderness.

• Alright. Ready to serve.
