31st night | 5% for SL-Charity

Hello Steemers!

The first day of 2022 is almost over. But this article is all about the december 31st night. We didn’t plan to celebrate the new year this way. But like unplanned trips are the best, this day is also one of the best days of my life.

This all started at 4.30pm after work. First we went to Mount Lavinia beach. After spending some time there, We headed back to have dinner. The climate was amazing on that day. Immediately, a heavy rain falls onto us. But we didn’t stop and we went to a nearby restaurant at Mount lavinia. It was Burger king.

After the dinner, we immediately headed back to k-zone katubedda because we were planning to watch the new spider man movie. I really liked that movie. The actions are really eye-catching with amazing sounds. You will not regret watching this.

After the film we went shopping. After taking the necessary things, we planned to head back home. Ohh dear, I suddenly remembered about the fireworks at galle face beach. I really wanted to go there. It was around 11pm when we went there. There were thousands of people waiting to see fireworks. We waited there around 11.30pm. We understood that the situation is going far worse. Even more people started to appear. We didn’t have our own vehicle to go home. Because of that we ordered an uber and headed back home before the fireworks started. I am really sad about it.

With all of this happening, I'm really happy about my last day of the year. I never had a 31st night like this before. So, I will not forget this day in my lifetime. Spending time with friends on special days of our life makes our life even more colorful.
