Hello Steemers!

In my previous post I told you about my friend’s father’s funeral. Today is the final day of it. After participating in it with one of my friends, we left there around 8pm. Since we went there by his car the time was not a big problem but because he had some university work to do we had to come. On the way back we were very thirsty. There were some options: mojito, milkshake or cool drink. In yakkala there was a nice place. Since there is not very much of a crowd there, we decided to go there and have something. Our choice was passion fruit mojito. Unfortunately it wasn’t available. So we ordered chocolate milkshakes for me and mango shakes for him. Surprisingly i haven’t experienced chocolate milk shake until today. I can not explain the smoothness and flavor of it. It was very tasty. Since we were very hungry, we decided to eat a burger also. It was also really good for the price.

My friend’s father who died due to this unfortunate accident was a great carpenter. There is a huge workshop beside his house. There are lots of pending orders taken by him. I don’t know how my friend will handle them. We had a chance to speak with the monk near his house since we parked our vehicle at the temple car park. The monk also mentioned that there is no such talented carpenter even in Sri Lanka. He is that much talented. So losing him is a huge loss for our country also. On the way back we talked a lot about what will be the situation for my friend after losing his father. I’m pretty sure it won’t be easy. But I'm sure that he can do it because he is a very strong man.

Of course, because of the valuable service rendered by some people while they were alive, when they are gone, the loss cannot be made up by someone else.
