Officially Graduated | 5% for Sl-Charity

I’m happy to tell you that my convocation happened yesterday and now i’m am a graduated civil Engineer. The convocation ceremony is quite different from what I expected. But I got the chance to spend time with my family and friends. It was one of the happiest days of my life.

The convocation started at 8.30 and it took place around 1 hour. Before the convocation started, I took official photographs. I was quite nervous to go on stage and collect my certificate. But it was okay and I faced it well. It is a very well organized event that I have seen so far.

I took lots of photos with my family and friends. Achieving a degree is not an easy task. After almost 25 years of my life this is a huge milestone for me. As you all know, I did Civil Engineering. It was a field that I was never expecting to go. But that’s how life works. It is not giving all the things we want and love. That’s true for most cases. We have to adapt to it.

I learned so far because of the free education system in my country. So, I should mention all the people in Sri Lanka. We have to protect this free education system. Without it, this achievement will be a dream for me.

Today is my gf’s convocation day. I participated in it also. We took lots of photos to remember. I bought her fresh flowers. This is the first time I have given fresh flowers to her. Finding those is also quite difficult. But anyway I managed to find and surprise her.
