Today is Saturday. That means no work. That’s why I asked my sister to go to Colombo with me. I wanted to watch the new Minions movie. When I asked her, she agreed and confirmed our show by booking tickets online using BookMyShow. I choose the scope cinema in Colombo city centre. We travelled by train. It’s the easiest way of transport these days. The show started at 11 am. I should say that this new movie is wonderful. I enjoyed watching it.
After the movie, there was a place to play indoor cricket. I wanted to try it. Surprisingly it costs rs 300 for 1 over. Anyway, I played it and enjoyed it a lot.
After that, I wanted to buy some clothes. We waited for a bus to go to uptown Kandy at liberty plaza. But none came. We walked 1.5km from there to liberty. Anyway, after I buy some clothes, we decided to take our lunch at One Galle face mall. We had to take a bus from there.

We choose the subway and KFC for our lunch. This is my second time on the subway. I should say that their submarines are very good with fresh vegetables. KFC and burger king do not use vegetables. That’s an issue. Anyway, after lunch, we came to the fort railway station to catch a train home. Luckily there was an express one waiting to go.

After coming to Gampaha, we went to the supermarket to buy some necessary items for our home. We came home around 6 pm today. After came home she made me wood apple juice. I should say that today is a very happy day for me and my sister because it’s a well-spent day.
