It all started with this one friend who was into steemit. She would always tell me that “Bn, I wrote this for steemit today. Wait, I’ll send it to you. It will be great if you could also join this.” When this became almost a daily chant for me, the curious girl inside me also wanted to explore it more. So I started asking so many questions about this platform and decided to join this, all thanks to her persuasion. And she was none other that @dasuni.

From first of March 2021, all her chants about posts were replaced by my chants of loads of inquiries, confusions and questions. And whenever I couldn’t reach her, I would always trouble either @sandu or @sandun98 to ask help to solve my solutions. But when I grew more and more familiar, I realized that it’s not only the three of them, but there are plenty of amazing souls who are always willing to provide the extra guidance and support that we need. That’s the best thing I received from steemit as I discovered an undying unity and affection here and I’m so grateful for that. I will always be.

It has only been six months and 10 days since I joined steemit and all these times I was like testing the water trying to figure out how this works. Yeahh.. it took much time because I’m really a simpleton who took years just to remember that ctrl + c is for copy and ctrl + v for paste😂 . So I hope you can now understand why I am so slow in this. But I’m super excited about the things I could do in the future with this newly found family. And I always hope that I’ll be able to witness many more milestones of SSL cz the best is yet to come!
