Hatton and Tea Estates!| 5% for SL Charity.

What comes to my mind when I heard Hatton is some nice tea estate. I have always wanted to wear a maxi dress or a skirt and take lots of photographs in a tea estate. But what I did when I had the chance to do so is a totally opposite thing.

The view from my balcony is really amazing as it gives the scenery of a large tea estate and after seeing that I immediately knew that I could go to that estate to take some pictures. However, it was muddy due to the rain and there is at least a drizzle if not heavy rain.. And of course plenty of leeches. I didn’t want my dress to be muddy and wet and stick into my body and donate my blood to leeches. So I wore something totally opposite to what I imagined to wear. I wore a short, so it couldn’t get muddy and a cropped hoodie, so my head will be safe from rain. And finally a pair of shoes and axe oil to protect my legs from leeches.

It was nice to walk in a tea estate because the only thing I could see is tea plants and trees. It was so relaxing to walk there having a chat. I missed the view even after walking in the tea estate, so I spent most of the time on the balcony even though it was cold. It must not be easy to live there with continuous rain and chill, but still, I found it to be a very calming and relaxing place.
