I came home for 10 days for my study leave having two targets in my mind. First was to eat a lot and gain some weight and second is to prepare for my exam.
I started with my first goal as soon as I came home. I discussed my meal plan with mum. Breakfast, post-breakfast snack, pre-lunch sweets, lunch, post-lunch sweet, pre-dinner snack, dinner and post-dinner snack/ sweet. My mum was happy at this plan more than me because I can only eat a lil at a time due to my gastritis situation, so she wanted me to take small meals for many times. She made sure my meals and snacks are healthy and I also cooperated this time even though I am not a fan of healthy meals. I have the freedom to select the chocolates and sweets I want because my brain needs so much of them when I’m studying.
Then I moved on to the second goal. I got my journal and noted down the lessons and texts that we have done so far. And then I selected the lessons I’m gonna focus more. I’m someone who like to divide my mail goal into tiny tiny targets. So I planned what I am gonna do the following day before sleeping.
It was quite strange this time, I could even cover some extra lessons than I planned. May be because I am eating well now. but lessons are not the only things that I covered these days, I completed watching two kdramas too. My brain is not functioning to study the whole day. So I give myself a rest and treat after I covered the tiny targets one by one. That’s how I could eat lots of sweets and complete two kdramas 😅
So far this was how my study leave was and I need to go to my boarding back withing three days for my exams. Wish me luck guys!!!!
