The Dairy Game | 21.04.2021| Trip to Horana

Hi Everyone!
Yesterday was a joyful day for me and my friends. I went a one day trip with my accommodation friends to the one of beautiful town in Sri Lanka.

We woke up at around 4.00 am and cooked meals for our lunch and prepared other arrangements to carryout. Then took a bath and had our breakfast in our accommodation. At about 6.30 am the van that we hired came to us. Then all of us worshiped Lord Buddha, gathered all necessary items to the van. After that we started our journey. As soon as our journey started we all started singing by clapping and one of our colleague started beating the drum. We entered to the Highway BY Kaduwela and exist from Horana exist. Throughout these three Hours we sang songs without a break.
From Horana exist there were 30km for our first destination. On the way to our destination we observed the natural beauty in that area and also we feel a cool feeling to our mind and body. After about 45 minutes we arrived our destination that was “Pahiyangala” . Some vehicles were there when we reached. Now it is a temple but at the past that was a caves inhabited by aborigines. It was clearly explained to us by a person in that place. At that place we took some photographs and we drank Belimal with jaggery .

Then we leave that place and we reached to “kukulegala” Ella for a bath. We all took a bath and had lunch that we brought. Then we ate ice cream from a near ice cream shop. Then we leave that beautiful place and came back to our place .Meanwhile to our accommodation also we sang. We reached to our place at around 6.30 pm. Likewise we were ended our journey while remaining a beautiful memory to the life.
