I wakeup early in the morning to do my studies. After few hours my mother said that came here hurry up. I thought something happen to her. I run faster to know what happen in there. It was nothing. She said that a visitor came to our garden.

Who is this visitor? As I remember no one informed me that someone coming to home. I walk to our garden by thinking who is this. Oh.. I saw our visitor. The visitor is a peahen. Peahen going here and there around our mango tree. I run to my room to bring my phone to take a photo of her.

When I went to my room, I heard a barking sound. Oh.. our dog “teeebu’s” sound is that. I quickly take my phone and I run to our garden. When I went there teebu barking to peahen and due to that she is walk very fast. I also be fast and run towards both of them. I get a big effort to avoid teebu from scaring the peahen. Oh.. it’s not working she tries to fly. Have you ever seen a flying peacock? This is my second time I have ever seen this.

She fly as much as her can and fly on to a higher branch on tree. Oh.. I missed some nice picture of her. I wait few minutes in there without making any noise. I thought then she will fly to the floor. But it’s not working. She has no any idea to come down because still teebu is walking here and there. However, I zoom in my camera and able to capture her.

Actually, before two years of time this is a very rare incident. But now once a month like period we can see them. One day I saw three of them in the morning. Though I have seen them before in our garden, watching them is a really interesting for me. One day when I went to see them, they scared to me and fly to a coconut tree. It was my first time seeing a peacock fly that much of height. I thought before to see this, they can only fly to a small height because they are too heavy birds. But I was wrong.

After taking some photos of her I went back to my room without staying more time in there. Because these days are busy days.

Yes dear. Seeing peacocks is a common thing in my village also. Specially they came to our temple. And I wanna say, the first day I was so amazing by seeing peacock is flying. But now it is also a common thing.

People destroy environment. Then animals lost their houses. So they came out. 😥

I also thought it. Otherwise seeing them is really rare in our area also

You are welcome, friend

It was my first time seeing a peacock fly that much of a height. I thought before to see this, they can only fly to a small height because they are too heavy birds. But I was wrong.

It is true. They can't fly much. In dry seasons most of them are staying on tree branches. Here there are many peacocks at lake bunds.
Really enjoyed your writing.

I also thought like that. But when I see they are flying to higher level I changed my though. Thank you..
