This is the entrance gate of the 245 Recce Battalion Afi Barracks, Ikom cross river State Nigeria. The Barracks has a total population of about 1,000 soldiers and officers. And a total of 2,000 civilians that are living inside the Barracks.

This is the Barracks headquarters comprising both the CEO office and other offices. And also roads that link the barracks together .

This is where the commission officers who bachelor stay.

This is where the Non Commission Soldiers stay mostly those that just join the work.

This place is where Barracks women children learn come and learn trade like tailoring, hairdressing etc.

This is the only hospital that is inside the barracks. The hospital is being manage by military with support from the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS). Every Barracks in Nigeria has it own hospital called MRS just as this one is.

Here are Catholic and Presbyterian church that is inside the barracks that serves both the military and civilians that are living and staying close to the barracks.
