Story of the day "අහසට අල බහින මඤ්ඤොක්කා" 😂✋

This happened in the morning. At that time my mom was watering to plants in the corner of the garden. I heard, she was calling me. So I ran there quickly. Then she asked " කව්ද මේ අහසට අල බහින්න මඤ්ඤොක්කා පැළ කළේ? 🙄 I kept so calm. Damn I's me. 😂✋

Few days ago, In the morning, we felt a feeling like "බත් කාලාම ඇති වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ" . Because we've quarantined those days. Why should not we try something different! There was some manioc trees in our garden. We remove some manioc roots to cook. After that I went to replant the stalks. Then mom said, "අල බහින දේවල් උදේට පැළ කරන්නෑ ළමයො, ඒවා පැල කරන්නෙ හවසට" 👀 I've wordless once again. 🙈 In the evening I've replanted them. At that time It was raining. So, I planted them wandered and went soon before getting wet. That's why those manioc stalks grew up with wrong aspect. 😂✋ However we made a delicious, tasty food from manioc. I've forgotten to take a photo of it. If I could get a photo, I'll able to see your mouth is watering. These are the rest of manioc trees in our garden.

Now I'm going to share the recipe of that delicious manioc food.

🌷 Some pieces of Cooked manioc roots
🌷 Red Onions
🌷Garlic
🌷curry leaves
🌷Dry chilli pieces
🌷salt
🌷coconut oil

First of all, Add 2,3 table spoons of coconut oil and keep the saucepan on the gas cooker. After that add those cut onions, garlic, curry leaves and temper them well. Then add dry chill pieces and some salt (as your wish) and mix them well. Finally put those pieces of cooked manioc roots and mix it Once again. Now you have a delicious and spicy manioc dish. You can serve it with scrapped coconuts. Then it gets more tasty.
