You know that our minds, or the subconscious can give us whatever we ask for.
But the mind decides,whether to give or not according to the request.
There really is a right way to ask for something you get.

Suppose we ask someone for help.How can we ask him to help us in such a way that he does not necessarily help us?

Do not say what you want and do not think of it as just watching a movie. It's okay to give that message to your mind with your heart for 5 minutes.
It doesn't matter if you just do it for 5 hours just looking at a film and doing what you want to do. If done correctly, 5 minutes is enough.

You have recieved a delicious fruit salad.If you eat it all at once like a animal would you really be able to enjoy that fruit salad?Never you can not…Only your stomach will full.

I tell you to take a slice of pineapple and smell it, and then look at its beauty.You try this in practice.How can you really spit in your mouth before this piece of pineapple goes into your mouth?
When you really see the beauty of it, when you smell it, all these messages go straight to your mind.

If you can eat a fruit salad like i said,you can actually taste the pineapple when you put it in your mouth. Because the mind enjoys what you do.That way you can take a piece of papaya and enjoy it, you can take a strawberry and enjoy it. Finally you have eaten a very tasty salad
