MOI Koggala by DBI Part 2

Last time I described the experience of Chari Lake Hotel. Today I will share you about the food!

We went this hotel for a full board. We arrived for lunch and left after breakfast. So we had lots of space to enjoy their delicious meals.

They served us curd and trickle with a kirala drink at the welcome. Starting from that until the departure their meals attracted me.

They had a-la-cart menu and they shared it with us before arrival. So we picked what we want and they had prepared it for us.

We picked a nasi goreng, creamy chicken pesto pasta for main dish and chicken sate with penut sause for starter.

We had the lunch at the resturent while watching the beautifully view of the lake.

I must say the cheese pasta I had was superb and it had all the flavours well balanced. We got chance to meet the master chef, Mr. Kaluarachchi and ask for the procedure that he used to make this delicious plate.

Nasi Goreng was also very delicious. Did I missed the starter? We loved the chicken sate too. It was served with a salad and a penut sauce.

For dessert I choosed the one made with banana. It was delicious than the same one I had at Tamarind Hill.
