Each week, there seems to be some reason to visit the office. Last week, it was a training session organized for our team.

We were informed to visit the office on Wednesday, with the announcement that there would be training, but none of us knew what it was really about. We were curious about the event, and I had a feeling it wouldn't be something technical.

On the specified day, we all gathered at the office, and our HR manager commenced the session titled "We are stronger together." The training focused on soft skills aimed at enhancing team cohesion.

The training comprised various activities. Initially, we were instructed to line up according to certain criteria, which helped us learn more about our team members.

We were then tasked with creating and unraveling a human knot. Interestingly, the opposing team managed to accomplish the objective, whereas our team ended up creating an intricate knot that took us 30 minutes to untangle. Despite the challenge, it was an enjoyable experience, and each activity conveyed a valuable lesson.

Additionally, we participated in creating a memory board and a vision board during the session. We also had the opportunity to share our most memorable experiences at work.

One task involved building a bridge using LEGO within a time limit of 6 minutes. Specific criteria were provided, such as the length being 20 cm, the height 5 cm, and the ability to support additional blocks. The parameters were altered during the activity, symbolizing the dynamic nature of the challenges we encounter daily in our work.

We engaged in discussions on how to effectively manage these challenges and embrace change. Overall, the session was highly productive, and we are grateful to our HR department for organizing such a meaningful event.
