What Happens When All Come to Office

The company I work is small in the number of employees. There are about 30 people including the management. So there is plenty of space to collaborate and grow. 70% of the employees work from home unless other than any special gathering at the office.

But remote working doesn't make us isolated as we regularly call each other to discuss issues and all. When we all meet together at the office it's a different celebration. Our office is arranged in a way that everyone can sit everywhere. It is very open and anyone can reach someone else easily. Sometimes it gives us more space to make big conversations about many things.

When we all meet at the office those days we receive interesting treats every time. Most of the time its food. Actually every crowded day we get plenty of different food from management and even from employees. Specially Tharmila brings murukku and bites from Jaffna. I am the one who doesn't bring stuff from the south :P

This week we had a month-end party at Irish Pub Colombo 02, which celebrated the successful end of the month. Actually, there wasn't much for me but I enjoyed the delicious pizza and a strawberry mojito with fellow girls. Anyway, it's a different experience.

Another month passed in this way. Actually, that's great to meet people from different cultures and hang out for a while in this way. Let's see what we have in next month :)
