Back 2 Uni | Fit Sixes

Hi everyone,

Uni life is something hard when we were at the University and it gives beautiful memories when we finish that chapter of life. Like our school days. Isn’t it?

As I have mentioned many many times before, we have missed our final year at university due to corona pandemic. So we missed all the functions which could have planned at our final year.

Every year in our faculty there is a match organized between batches and between the teams from the Software Companies. The purpose of this match is to have some fun and not only that, make connections between people from the companies and the faculty. Most of the times, the seniors who have completed the university are coming and the students of our faculty get the chance to have build up the connections with them.

These connections helps our students to find second year software projects from the companies and the internships and jobs.

We have participated in that event before as the students of the faculty. This year, it is the first time we went there as employees. We didn’t go as a team to play in the match. We just wanted to see few matches and go around the university. I only wanted to meet my friends and walk around the Uni. I’m not a cricket fan 😂.

It was around 11.45am when I reached the university. I was planning to go there by 11. But I had to stop at my uncles place for some work and I had to listen to his old stories for 45mins 🤕.

After we went to the ground, we met so many from our batch 16. There were people more than we hoped. We had little chat with most of them while walking around the ground. After spending about 2 or 3 hours there, Piu and me decided to walk around the university. Shashi also joined with us. Then the few boys from our batch also joined. But they wanted to go and grab something for lunch.

But we wanted to walk. So, three of us walked around and took many photos. Those reminded us the precious old memories. Around 4pm we went back to the ground to say bye to Nawo and said good by to out Uni for a while again.
