It was the wrong gift

Maybe you have seen this photo before in this community. Cause that my troublemaker forgot I got it as a secret Santa gift and she posted it everywhere 🤕. But I didn’t give it to the person I bought it. Instead our little girl got it.

In the month of December, most of the companies held their annual parties. We also had one. It was to celebrate both the Christmas and the upcoming new year. Therefore we had many events organized and one of them are secret Santa. I think all of you know it. If you don’t, I’ll explain briefly.

All the employees have to buy a gift for another employee. But the person who receives the gift does not know who gave it. Only the person who gave knows who will get the gift they bought. So…. The Santa is secret.

I had to buy the gift for a girl. She is little bit older than me. Since we had a wish list displayed with what everyone would love to receive from their secret Santa, it was easy to go on with the selections. As I was checking the wish list, I thought she didn’t like ornaments but she likes stuffed toys. That’s why I went to the toy shop with @sandu and bought this monkey guy.

After few days, when I checked the list again and when I got to note what she mentioned, she has noted that she doesn’t like stuffed toys either. It was anything other than toys and ornaments. So I have thought what I should buy her for the rest of my week.

After studying her wish on the wish list and the profile, I decided to buy her a good pair of headsets. I hope that she likes it.

Then the monkey boy became no use of Christmas gift. I thought to keep it for myself. And.... , my sister suggested to give it to our Osheli baby. She likes it a lot. I have named the toy after the “Pancha” on our primary school English book.
