School Friend Got Married

Hello Everyone,

Hope all of you guys are fine. Today I am sharing about a wedding of one of my school friends. In this wedding season I also got invited to her wedding. We were friends at grade 10 and 11. After that we were in separate class when we were doing the A/Ls. But we met at tuition classes. Even after we got into the university, we had contacts with each other.

From our grade 11 class only me, Raviru and Sanjala got invitied. But Sanjala couldn’t come due to some important work. Normally girls get ready for wedding for weeks. I also applied leave few weeks before. And planned to wear a saree for the wedding. Two days before the wedding I wore the saree and then decided a frock is better this time. This story is a separate one. Tell you later.

Raviru and I have planned to meet at the hotel at 10a.m but in the morning we had heavy rains. It was 10 a.m when I reach the saloon. So I asked Raviru to go alone.

The wedding was simple and elegant. The bride, our friend was so beautiful. At the morning she wore the traditional wear which is the Kandyan saree. And at the evening she wore a beautiful frock. She performed a beautiful surprise dance for her groom. So lovely.

We met some other people we have know in our AL years. All of us sat around one table and chat for a while. After a while, we came out from the wedding reception to take some photos. Likely, Raviru has some talents of taking photos and he willingly took photos of these girls 🤭. Something happens to me in every where I go without my Ima boy is, there is no one to take my good photos.

Our friend was very glad to see us at her wedding. That’s what friends are for.
