Weekend with Team members

Hello Everyone,

Today I will give a brief story of this weekend, outing of our team. Later I will describe how it went with all the details.

When I first joined the company I work for, we had to go through a training and a certification exam before working on the client project. This is because the platform we are using is new for most of us. The training batch had 15 member and they were from different universities, different ages and with different experiences. But most of us were 90’s kids 🤭.

So, all of us became friends so fast. Always, as in any group we also had a plan to go somewhere with this training team. A trip or an outing. We discussed this while we were in the training and then thought like “Let’s go after passing the certification”. It was like a “කටින් යනTrip”.

After the annual trip of the company, once again topic was brought up. Then everyone wanted to go out as a team. But we are now in two teams. So this is not actually a team outing either😂. All of us started looking for the hotels and the places we can go.

After a round of voting to pick a date and a round of voting to pick places, we could finally manage to book Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon for our trip. It is a real trip for others. For me, I often see this hotel while traveling to galle. I have only visited it two times. But not for stay or buffet. At the last moment few peoples missed the trip due to their personal reasons. married people brought their spouse. And I ask Imantha to join this trip.

When the day for this outing came, it was raining raining and only raining. Some of the plans went wrong due to this bad wheather. But we could enjoy these two days well.
