Hello everyone... Today I'm going to tell you about the last day of our charity event. With this last chapter of this article series, I have told you everything from the planning stage to the distribution stage of this charity work. The first day-night we spend a guest house at Polonnaruwa. The next day we had to travel to Dimbulagala for our last school of this charity work. We all together fifteen guys were participate for this event. So the whole night passed with only two hours of sleep. We started to travel to Dimbulagala at about 5.00 am from Polonnaruwa. It was a rainy day in the morning. So we traveled a little bit slower than the previous day. Anyhow, we were able to reach there before 10.00 am.
The principal of the school has come to guide us from the nearest town. He arranged the morning tea for us from a house in the village. After having it we went to the school to complete our final mission.
We were unable to get our bus into the school premises. So we parked it near the school gate.
Then we unloaded the gifts & went to the school. They have organized a Welcome Ceremony for us. Not only that they invited the monks of the village temple and began the ceremony with blessings.
Then we started our program there. Every one of this school was so happy about the gift which we gave for them for their new school term. This village was always plagued by terrorist troubles during the war. Very innocent people were live in there. We were really happy to see their smiley faces.
After the program ends they invited us for getting lunch. They gave us lunch packets with the taste of village foods. We took them & had our lunch near a beautiful lake in their village. Then we started to travel to Colombo after completing our charity work successfully.

Really a very good thing. Those children who are studying in rural villages have many difficulties . If we can help as much as we can, it will be a big help to them. You've done a great job aiye
