Steem Sri Lanka 3G Contest Series| Week 02| A Friend In Need Is A Friend Indeed | 5% to SL Charity

This was kinda Embarrassing Contest for me because its too good title. But Anyway, special thanks for @supunchandra for Organizing this Contest.

You know, I've lived More Than Two Decades and I've gone passing Several Stages in my life. So, on those each Stages, we had Friends. Rarely, we get the chance to Carry on Through all Stages in Life. I had that kind of a One Friend until the University Life. He is Udayanga. But in this Recent times, there is this One Friend who helped me a lot in Many Things in Many Ways. She is @dasuni.

Oh no.. How can I start??😅 The meeting of us is not that of a Random. But it's kind of a Random too😅. It was December 2018. I can't remember the exact Date🤐. Our A/L Results had been released. Me and My Friends got together and went to see our Combined Maths Teacher. Most of us had Good Results and I had the Best Of All😉. While we were Talking, two girls came by and went through us to meet the Teacher. Those girls were @dasuni and Her Sister @sandu. That day we just had a Glance or two. But after, we were Selected to the same University. So, we gotta meet often. Also we Marked Papers in same Class. And that's how the Friendship started.

Actually I'm not a Talkative guy and I really hated Texting. I still do but it's less than Before. But Dasuni is a Talkative girl and fast in texting. Because of her, my Texting speed improved and I'm very Thankful for that.

She doesn't Eat Chicken. So, whenever we hang out with Friends, she struggles. It's so Funny to see how she fetch Pieces of Chicken in Fried Rice. Sometimes, we Bought her Egg Rice. But on other days, that thing Happens. So, I'm thankful for Being Patient in those situations.

I really want to sleep early like 8 30 p.m. But you know, as a University Student, I should be able to stay up at least until 10 p.m., I guess 😅. Sometimes, I had fallen asleep while Doing Assignments. And you know, we can't get physically contacted in Covid Holiday Season as we were studying from home. Somedays, she may have called me 25+ times to keep me wake up. And I'm really Thankful for that.

Sometimes, Most My Smartphone is in "Do Not Disturb" mode. So, I hear no Phone Calls. On Those days, she calls to our Land Phone and tells my parents to wake me up to do Assignments. Usually she does this using Bhanuka who is another good Friend of mine. But one day, I remember, I didn't wake up. I know me. So, I'd given my Passwords for her in Emergencies. Then, She had uploaded the Assignment for me. I won't Forget those things and Thank you Again..

We are Studying in Same Department now. Still, she helps me in Studies and Assignments. I also Help her whenever and However I can. But she helps me most. I usually get Angry Quickly. So, sometimes I say some things I shouldn't say. And I make this Opportunity to say sorry for those things 🤒.

She is the one who introduced me to Steemit. Sometimes I thought this won't work out. But she told me to Hang in there. And here I am. Holding strong in the Community. Steemit has been so helpful for me in Many Ways. So, I thank you for Introducing to Steemit..

She introduces me for her Friends. So most of her friends are My Friends too. We all Had so much Fun Together. Whenever they needed A Boy, they call me. I like to Hang Out with them. So, I go with them. Harshani, Asha and Nuresha are Some of Them. So, I'm thankful for introducing me to this Clan.

This facts could go on and on. Already it's too long I guess. It took Less Than an Hour to write this. That explains how many things we shared as Friends. I may have done things In Wrong way. I'll try to make them right. But don't be angry Even if I fail to do so. I hope our Friendship may last long positively.. And This Rose is for you...
