His Birthday & My Banana Cake | 10% For SL-Charity

l hope you all are doing great. Yesterday my little brother's birthday (13/06) and that was the second happy msg given by my happy msg box😍. Loku amma made a special lunch for him and I gave him a small craft wishing him 🙊. He is most like to the simple things. He was so happy after seen this craft and put it on his table🙊.

Even if yesterday we went to the mountain, I couldn't prepare any special food. So today I prepared a banana cake for him. Special thing is I had never tried of making banana cake. I got an idea from M.R.Kitchen Youtube chanel before make my cake.

Let's first see what we need to make this cake.

Ingredients :

• Two ripe bananas
• One egg
• Flour 100g
• Sugar 100g
• Milk 100ml
• Oil 5 tbsp
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp

First I beated the egg well untill it gets white colour. In here I used a wisk and I took medium size egg.

Then I added sugar to the bawl and mixed well. In here, I made sugar powder from the blender before adding it to the bawl.

Then I added oil and milk and mixed well again the mixture.

After mixed it well, I added flour to the mixture and mixed it again.

Finally our cake batter is ready.

Then I prepared the pan. First I oiled the pan well and put a oil paper on the pan and again I oiled the pan. Then I cut bananas in to small pieces and put them on the pan as shown in the picture. Then I poured our batter to the pan.

This is my banana cake. I cooked my cake in the medium heat and it took about 20 minutes to prepare my cake.

After that I wanted to decorate my cake. So I prepared sugar syrup using 4tbsps and poured it on my cake.

Normally, when I made any food, I test it's quality from the comment of my little brother. This time I passed as usual because my little brother gave me a good comment about my banana cake 😍. Then it was evening and we all enjoyed the cake at our tea time. He was so happy for preparing cake and he took two pieces 😬.
