Actually, I could not stop thinking like this. Then, I wondered what this could do. I changed the way I think. When come unneeded stuff into mind, I think 'Why am I thinking these things again? are they really want to this moment? they happened in the past so no need to worry about it, there is still time to think about it so no need to fear about it'. Really this is worked for me. Thinking this way is really helps me to enjoy the moment.

Have you ever think about some things while on a trip or at a party or at somewhere or while doing some work? , well I'm so. I'm always thinking 'Oh I have 2 assignments, exams, to do laundry, why was I blame him?😖. How do I finish these things? Will I have time to finish all this?'. Then, I get a lot of stress when I thinking of these. In the end I feel very sad. The result of this is I can't even enjoy the moment. Time is wasted as well.

ha ha.. same here. when I came home I feel I want to go to uni. When I at uni I want to go home. Always we want what we haven't. That's the nature of the human mind.
