Today, we held a student leaders meeting after school to inform everyone about the process and expectations. We now have a dedicated team to observe and guide them, with teachers appointed to each grade. I am the teacher in charge of the student leaders from grade 9 and above. There are 30 student leaders from the upper school section.

The role of these student leaders is crucial in shaping the culture and success of our school community. They have the unique opportunity and responsibility to inspire and motivate their peers. Their actions and attitudes set the tone for others to follow.

Leadership is not just about titles or positions that they have, it's about making a positive impact. These leaders are expected to demonstrate qualities such as integrity, responsibility, and empathy. By doing so, they can create a positive environment where every student feels valued and heard.

Of course, we will face challenges along the way. But with collaboration, dedication, and a positive mindset, we can overcome them. This journey will teach our student leaders important life skills, such as problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication.

In total, we have around 80 student leaders across all grades. This diverse group will work together to bring fresh ideas and energy to our school. Their contributions will help shape a supportive and inclusive community where everyone can thrive. I'm excited to see how these young leaders will grow and the positive changes they will bring.
