Assalam o alaikum , I am Tayyba here I hope so all of you will be fine. I am also fine. Today I want to share with you about lemon uses and its health benefits.

1- Support Heart Health:

As we know lemon is good source of Vitamin C. According to research that eating fruits and vegetables rich in Vitamin C reduce risk of heart attack and stock.

2- Controls Weight:

Lemon helps to reduce weight. There is one theory relevant to lose weight that it consists of pectin fiber in them expands in your stomach, helping feel that you full for longer.

3- Prevent Kidney stones:

Lemon has Citric acid which helps to prevent kidney stones by increasing urine volume and increasing urine PH, creating less favorable environment for kidney stone formation.

4- Protects Against Anemia:

Lemon contains some iron but primarily prevent Anemia by improving of abortion of Iron from vegetable foods.

5- Reduce Cancer Risk:

According to study it is clear that who eats citrus fruits and vegetables have a lower case of cancer. So lemons is also has citrus taste, reduces the risk of cancer.

6- Improve Digestive Health:

Lemons are made up of about 10 % carbs, mostly in form of soluble fiber and simple sugar. Soluble fiber can improve health of Gut and slow the digestion of sugar and starches. So it improves our digestive health.
