This is an animated film in which a cat, who at first thinks only of himself, is adopted by a female scientist and the man who later becomes her boyfriend. The pet finds himself in trouble when he loses the last of his nine lives, however, in cat heaven he is offered the opportunity to return to earth for up to nine more times. Only each time he will return as a different animal, which makes it much more complicated for him to regain the comfortable environment in which he once lived.
The pair of scientists, who conduct experiments with bees, work under the orders of a boss who wants to sabotage their work in order to impose his robot insects on the world. The cat, who is becoming aware of his negative virtues, now with his good deeds prevents the evil boss's plans from coming to fruition.
What I liked
I love, as far as movies are concerned, that their plot is light, easy to digest and enjoy, and this feature film delivers. In that sense, the selfish behavior and idleness of the cat, the evil intentions of the antagonistic boss and the excellent virtues of the two young scientists are very marked. On the other hand, the high quality of the images is commendable: the beautiful landscapes we observe, as well as the perfect definition of the characters and all the objects that appear in the scene.
What I didn't like
Although, as I noted earlier, I enjoy an emphatic Manichaeism in movies, I don't like the characters whose actions manifest in inordinate clumsiness. The young man who works with the protagonist and later becomes her boyfriend is presented as someone careless, but in some scenes his ineptitude becomes desperate. The same is true of the antagonist's henchmen, their clumsiness and ignorance reminiscent of Hanna Barbera cartoons. I was also convinced that the number of episodes devoted to hindering the researchers' experiments was too many.

You made an excellent review. Here the subject of the lives of cats is raised, and I don't know how true it is that they have 9 lives; I think I heard that there were 7, hehe.
The return of the cat, now converted into other animals, seems to be the product of experiments. Could it be that God also has something to do with this, what do you say?
I agree with what you didn't like. It seems that you have to exaggerate to convince.
I loved reading you.

We have always heard, in these parts, that cats have seven lives, but in this movie they tell us that they have nine. It must be that in other cultures they are assigned two more.
The return of the cat transmuted into different animals is a new “program” being experimented in kitty heaven, according to the movie.

Or the experiment did it. Let's see if there is someone saying a cat had 9 lives instead of 7.
