Hello everyone i hope you are all doing well. Today i am excited to share my thought .Today i am writting this contest on the topic is Steemit Engagement Challenge / S19W4 - "My city special bites ." Today I am thrilled to a take part of an exceptional competition organized by @hive-135004 and the community in which i post a contest is Knack4buzz I am very excited to participate in this challenge because today I shear the amazing foods .

Peshawar is the one of Pakistan's oldest and most historic cities which is known for its rich culture or vibrant markets or the most importantly it is delicious food. The city is a food lover's paradise offering a variety of the special bites that is the reflect its diverse to cultural influences.

One of the most famous dishes from the Peshawar is a Chapli Kebab. These is kebabs are the made from minced in meat mixed with a variety of a spices or tomatoes or onions and the coriander. The mixture is a shaped into the flat patties and the fried until they are the crispy on the outside and or juicy on the inside. Chapli Kebabs are often and enjoyed with naan bread and the side of yogurt.

Another the popular dish is the Peshawari Naan. This is the type of naan bread is thicker and fluffier than the regular naan. It is often to stuffed with a mixture of raisins to giving it a slightly to sweet taste. Peshawari Naan is usually served with rich and the flavorful of curries the making it a perfect accompaniment to any meal.

Peshawar is also known for its Kabuli Pulao. This dish is a delicious combination of rice meat (usually lamb), and a mix of spices. It is the garnished with the carrots raisins and almonds adding both flavor and color.the Kabuli Pulao is a festive to dish often or served at the special occasions and family gatherings.

If you have a sweet or tooth Peshawar would not disappoint. The city is the famous for its is traditional sweets to such as a Jalebi and the Gulab Jamun. The Jalebi is a made by deep the frying the wheat flour to batter into the circular shapes or then soaking it them in a sugar syrup. The result is the crispy sweet treat that is a hard to resist. Gulab Jamun on the other hand are soft spongy balls the made from milk solids or fried or and then the soaked in sugar a syrup. These are sweets are usually enjoyed with a cup of a chai the local tea.

Another the must try in the Peshawar is the local version of a Karahi. Unlike or the usual to tomato based or Karahi Peshawari Karahi is a often made with a yogurt base or which gives it is a rich and creamy garlic texture. The dish is cooked with the chunks of meat and green chilies and a variety of the spices making it both flavorful and spicy.

The Street food is also a big a part of Peshawar’s culinary scene. You can find vendors the selling all kinds of the snacks from the Samosas and the Pakoras to the Chana Chaat. These is the street foods are the perfect for a quick the bite and are the packed with the flavor.in the street food I really like a corndog it test is very amazing I love to try it .
