Special bites sharing of my city is an honor for me. Today I would like to share recipe of most famous traditional dish of my city and this is achari pulau.
| First of all essential ingredients to make this recipe you all should know |

| Two tomatoes | Medium size |  |
| One glass rice | Large sized glass |  |
| 2 potatoes | Medium size |  |
| Pickles | 2 table spoon |  |
| This is process of making this recipe you can follow |

• First I take slices of onions and cooked them at high flame until they gets brown in their color and then I added garlic ginger paste in cooked onion and let it cook for 2 minutes because after that I have to add tomato in it and two tablespoons of pickles so finally the time reaches when I added them too...

• I let them cook for at least 10 minutes at medium flame and then I added some of the spices in them which include half teaspoon of red chilli and half teaspoon of black pepper along with one tablespoon of salt and after that I let them fry with other ingredients that I have added before. Now it was the time to add potatoes that I have you in the above picture.
• I cooked potato with all that ingredients for at least 15 minutes at low to medium flame so that potatoes may become fully cooked. After I will close the time when I added to medium size glasses of water in it so that I may add rice until water starts to boil. When I see that water is boiling then I immediately added rice in it and after few minutes then there was little amount of water remaining then I keep lid on it for giving steam and for cooking rice properly.

Above in the picture you can see final look of my recipe which is achari pulao with most easiest ingredients and that I really enjoyed because it was so tasty and yummy. That was all about special bites of my city.....
