Only the opponents army is a normal chess army for the purposes of making a turn 1 checkmate unit, also you're doing it backwards; You gain nothing by trying to trick people into thinking this isn't a turn 1 checkmate. You're supposed to convince people something is a turn 1 checkmate

    I'm not really trying to win, I just wanted to compliment maingi on making a piece that looks like it can 1 turn checkmate. I do realize that your army is a normal CEO army.
