I've been playing with a Hoplite army for a while now and I am currently using 6 Hoplites. Every game, I have this plan:

This creates a "hoplite box" where a Hoplite is defending the one in the front, and yet there's still flexible movement to move it all as a group, and it can happen in 5 turns.
Here's the question (ignore the Dove and Shieldsman): how many turns does it take to get to this 7-hoplite formation:
where a Hoplite is now also on the upper-left? This assumes no enemy units are helpfully blocking the way to do this, or other non-Hoplite ally units helping by swapping or moving or anything like that. Only Hoplite movement (assume they're all upgraded tiers, not base). Also assume the champion line is filled up, if you're using backwards movement.
I'm giving 30 RP to the first one to show how to get this formation (in the exact position shown) in the least turns.
Edit: Clarified non-Hoplite ally units can't help. Also assume the champion line is filled up, if you're using backwards movement. You can customize the minion line as much as you want, they don't have to be 7 Hoplite+s all in a row - but they can't interact with the Hoplites in any special way like swapping with Ghost.

Yes, starting with 8 Hoplites is completely valid. I allowed customizing the minion line, as long as the minions were effectively either Hoplites or non-Hoplites.
