• What is a job

A job, in my own understanding, can be defined as an activity or type of task that a person performs or does in exchange for payment.

It is regular, the responsibility that an individual persons to earn, a situation whereby an individual is employed to work for a company or individual in exchange for payment.

A job involves payment as a salary, regular schedule, or hours of work. There must be an employer-employee relationship. A job can be a white collar job or a blue collar job.

A business is an organisation or individual that provides goods and services to customers in exchange for payment and making profit. Here you work on your own; no one employed you; you are just providing goods and services to people in exchange for payment. It doesn't involve a salary; you earn by the sale you make.

Business involves financial transactions such as revenue, expenses, and profits. In business, you can start from a small range and grow to a higher range.

With all this explanation and understanding of what a job and business are, I prefer business to job. Why is it preferred business to a job? Because in business you can be able to stand on your own, you have control over your work and decisions, and you can make decisions by yourself, but in a job you are working for another organisation or individual, your control over work is limited, you have to obey their rules and regulations, be regular, and do whatever they told you.

Another thing is that in business, your income is variable based on your sales and profit, but in a job, your income is fixed, maybe monthly or weekly.
Business is preferred here because you can earn anytime you want, but there must be a fixed time for the payment to come.

Also in business, you have unlimited opportunities to grow, expand, and innovate your business, unlike in a job, you may have limited opportunities for growth and advancement.

Lastly, in business, you are responsible for your own profit and making profits, unlike a job, where your primary goal is to complete tasks assigned by your employer.

I want to be a great businesswoman when, in the future, not like I dislike jobs, I will also want to work in an office with big companies. But due to the economy and situation now, I would like to involve myself in business.
