Arab Nations:-

In fact, Nizar had four sons and each son proved to be the foundation of a large tribe.

The names of the four are::-

1. Iyad 2. Anmar 3. Rabi'ah 4. Mudar.

The latter two tribes had many branches and branches of branches. From Rabi'ah, Asad bin Rabi'ah, Anza, Abdul Qays, Wa'il, Bakr, Taghlib and Banu Hanifa came into existence.

Mudar's descendants were divided into two large tribes.

1. Qais Ilan bin Mudar.

2. Ilyas bin Mudar.

From Qais Ilan, Banu Sulaym, Banu Hawazin, Banu Ghatafan, from Ghatafan, the tribes of Abbas, Dhubyan... Ashja and Ghani bin Aasr came into existence.

From Ilyas bin Mudar came the tribes of Tamim bin Marrah, Hudhayl ​​bin Mudaraqa, Banu Asad bin Khuzaymah and Kinana bin Khuzaymah. Then from Kinana came the tribe of Quraysh. This tribe is the descendants of Fihr bin Malik bin Nadr bin Kinana.

Then the Quraysh also divided into different branches. The names of the famous Quraysh branches are as follows: Jamh, Suham, Adi, Makhzum, Tamim, Zahra and the family of Qusay bin Kilab, namely Abdul Dar, Asad bin Abdul Uzzi and Abdul Manaf. These three were the sons of Qusay. Out of them, Abdul Manaf had four sons from whom four sub-tribes came into existence, namely Abdul Shams, Nawfal Muttalib and Hashim. Allah Almighty chose them from the lineage of Hashim for our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah Almighty chose Ishmael from the children of Abraham, then He chose Canaan from the children of Canaan, then He chose the Quraysh from the Quraysh, then He chose Banu Hashim from the Quraysh, and He chose me from Banu Hashim.” (Sahih Muslim 2/245, Jami’ Tirmidhi 2/210)

Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah Almighty created the creation and placed me in the best of the groups, then He placed them in the best of the two groups, then He chose the tribes and placed me in the best of the tribes, then He chose the families and placed me in the best of the families, so I am the best of myself and the best of my family.” (Jami’ Tirmidhi 2/210)
