I hope you are all doing well.
Yesterday was Sunday and my day started early at 5 am. I woke up did ablution and spent some time in ibadat (worship). Around 6 am i prayed Fajr and recited the Holy Quran. After that i spent a little time working on my laptop before having breakfast and getting ready for my class. I left home at 8 am and reached my class by 8:45 am, punched in my attendance card and took my seat. The class started at 9 am and ended at 12 pm. It was pretty standard, some theory and a bit of practical work. I reached back home by 1 pm.
Once home, i prayed Zuhr and rested for a while. Around 3 pm my 4 students arrived. I decided to call them in for some extra revision on a Sunday. Since two of them have exams right now and two others have theirs coming up, i taught them until about 6:30 pm and then gave them off for the day.
Shortly after that my mother received a call from my grandmother, letting us know they were planning to visit. So we welcomed my grandmother, mamoo, mami and my little cousin. They only stayed for about 10 minutes but it was nice to see them.
After they left i ironed my clothes because we have to attend our neighbor's engagement ceremony. We started getting ready at 8:30 pm and left home around 9:30 pm since the banquet hall was only five minutes away. We arrived at 9:35 pm.
Once we got there i took some pictures of my parents and sisters.
The waiter soon brought out some starters, wontons and juice which were delicious.
Then one of our neighbor's daughter joined our table. We talked for a bit since she often comes to our house to play with my sisters.
As the bride and groom were posing for the photographers, i managed to capture a few photos of them too.
Dinner was served at around 12 am.
We finally headed back home by 1 am, wrapping up a busy but fulfilling day.
