Application for MOD of steem-Nations community.

Greetings to everyone in steem-Nations community. I warmly welcome you all to a new week. Am glad to come across this application in this community and i think presenting my entry to be a moderator will help me to be more active and learn more about steemit.

I'm Effiong, Emilia Francis and my steemit username is @bela90. I am from the southern part of Nigeria, and i am fluent in the English Language and Ibibio. My steemit journey started on the 10th November, 2022, I was introduced to by @manuelhooks who showd me around the steemit platform.

I started my introductory post in newcomer community and completed it and become a pro Newcomer. Have been active in the platform for close to 2 years now. The Steemit platform is my first crypto platform, my being here has been a source of help to me because it has improved my writing skills, communicating skill and has helped me make real friends across the world, friendship that may not have been possible without Steemit.

I belive and uphold all Steemit ethics, avoiding all forms of plagiarism and the use of Artificial intelligence to generate content.
I have been able to belong to, and maintain a club status. As shown in the screenshot below.

As far as I am in the steemit platform, I will continue to maintain this club status.

I am not a moderator in any community so this will be my first community and oppotunity to work as a moderator in a community.

I know, moderators work to keep the community running. Providing essecial services like content modertion, and keeping the community free from various types of abuse and unethical behaviours. Since I have not worked before as a moderator, I might not know much about how to carry out these duties of a moderator, but since it is what I have been desiring for, I think if the privilege is giving to me, I will carry any assigned duty with all diligence, making sure I maintain my dignity and the community integrity as well.

If we give you the role of moderator in our community, then what do you expect from us and how can you develop our community.

Team work is the best. If the role of a moderator is given to me, I will expect to working as a team with fellow moderators and the administrators in the community.
I expect to be assigned specific duties and responsibilities. And to contribute to the growth and success of the community. I also belive the administrators will expect some level of professionalism from me.

To help develop the steem-Nations as a new community, i will create both content and contests that will showcases and create awareness across the steemit platform and on other social media platforms.
