Mental Forecast | Tricking My Self To Think Positive Always

I had university today, I woke up had breakfast and got ready immediately.

On, my way loops of thoughts were coming in my mind. It has never happened to me before, but today I kinda feel pressurized and a little burden I don't really know for what reasons.

I was reminding my self all the events and occasions which were some how close to my heart. They were not good but most of them were quite embarrassing and some what bad.

The power of our brain to trick us into remembering things again and again in a loop is a separate concept with no answers.

Howe ever, the travelling became a realistic thoughts of events which wasn't really planned.

When I reached university, I was dived into deep thoughts of what not past experiences. I decided to take a long walk alone as there was quite some time before my class .
I took my phone for pictures and I went for it.

The weather was quite amazing ,the wind blows slowly at me ,making my hair and dress flow as if I was the main character.
I love how the clouds partitioned in a way that they looked different at one area and completely different at another area.

I was asking and questioning my self about why I need to over think and over exaggerate things which simply doesn't really matter for me and for others as well.

While having these talks with my self .I was also appreciating the weather .There was no one from far, no one near, just an empty expanse, silent and still.

AS soon as the wind blows upon me an emotion of excitement used to produce inside of me and I used to forget each and everything even my thoughts .
This is when I came to examine how a good environment and good surrounding can truly affect your mind into thinking positive.

It is a very famous urdu saying "EEK MACHLI PURREI TALAB KO GHANDA KARDETI HAY"


One fish can spoil the entire pond.

Just like a fish can spoil an entire ocean . A negative though can also destroy our whole peace of mind.
I trick my mind into thinking good things filled with positivity , so that positive impact happens. And it does happen, Believe me.

This is the truth of our universe. A positive though will surely impact you in a good way .
Start trusting the process and get over past things, your past doesn't really matter your present will.

This is how I tricked my mind to start thinking positive and good. Along with appreciating nature I appreciate and Thanked God for building in me a positive mindset , through nature I guess.

Shortly ,after it was time for my class and I went with a positive and a good mindset.
