Me and the bricklayer

I had a perfect Tuesday mix with Prayer, Protein and physical labor. How do I go about all this three things. Please donate your precious time to check it out yourself 🥰

It's another beautiful morning. The rays of the sunlight explain how beautiful the weather will be today. I woke with a bright face and a body full of energy to accomplish the work ahead the day.
Morning devotion is one thing me and family took very important. We did our morning devotion, prayed, and thanked God for the day. We later begin our morning daily activities, joined by breakfast. My breakfast was Tea and Bread with Palm Weevil larvae.

The combo was worth the breakfast because it will give me the energy I needed for the day. The Palm Weevil larvae contain 60% protein, and it is edible and delicious; you can get most of its protein by eating it raw; very yummy!

After my breakfast, I waited for some minutes; that was when a bike man drove in with one bag of cement, which my dad had purchased for work. The work will fully begin.

I went out to rent a wheelbarrow, which I'll use to pack the sand, but there is none left for rent. I had no other choice than to use a bucket to packed the sand.

The location wasn't far from our house, so I began packing the sand. It was not easy feeling the heavyweight bucket full with sand on my Head. But with the help of my breakfast, I successfully made up to 20 buckets of sand, and I later packed up 10 buckets of limestone. Wow, just thirty minutes, I have completed packing the sand and limestone.

Yet still, the person my dad paid for the work hasn't arrived, and I used the privilege to catch some rest.
Suddenly he arrived, he changed his clothes, wearing clothes to fit the work. He marked the ground to be dig out and began digging. I later helped him to dig the ground, which was square-shaped.

He later mixed the concrete and poured it into the dug ground, giving it some minutes to be dried. While in the process, I was busy lifting blocks to the spot which he would use for the work.
It was really heavy work for the day thoe, but since my breakfast brought me the energy I needed, I kept working till the afternoon.
We took a break to eat some lunch, we were really hungry at that moment. We ate two meatpie each person and cold vita milk drink to quench thirst.

We took twenty minutes to rest and later continued with the work, the bricklayer did his work perfectly fine. The building was beginning to be lift up. While working, we played music on the MP3; this motivated us, giving us the energy and power to keep working. I was really tired but I thank God the dawn was setting. And the work was about to stop, but at least I have done much today.

Wow ,we have really tried for today☝️, but the work is not complete yet.
The 🧱 bricklayer wash his hand went into the bathroom and took his bath. He was later paid and left home. While me over here took my bath and wait for my payment too which was a delicious meal cooked by mum yet to be eaten as my dinner.

I enjoyed the egusi soup with eba that evening, I was smiling while eating because I enjoyed. Lol 😅 not forgetting the pains am about to feel tonight.
That's how my day ended with hefty work and sweet meals. I thank God for my day and took to sleep.
