To my understanding, business is a trading activity that involves supplying and distribution of commodities or professional activities that people engage in inorder to earn profits and also satisfy the people's needs.

Joining Others Business (JOB) is a regular, specific or particular activity carried out by a person inorder to earn a living through a boss which u are working for.

Do you think business or Job is better?
Having had the experience of what it feels like to work for someone and the opportunity of running a business and also seeing my wife in the business sector, I would say that business is preferable to me.

I acknowledge the advantages and disadvantages of both Business and Job.
Working for someone, that is the job aspect, requires that you help in developing someone else's business while you are being paid a fixed amount irrespective of the tremendous growth your contribution must have brought to the person's business.

Job also requires your time, energy, knowledge, and you are being commanded by your boss attimes to perform an extra task so you need endurance and a lot more and these things are channeled into booming someone else's business rather than your own.

In job, you may work for someone for years and be kicked out in a minute, no job security.

Owning a business makes you an entrepreneur of which risk taking and decision making is solely on you but there is this peace that comes along with owning a business, you will enjoy the profits of your business when it eventually becomes successful, you pay yourself. You have the ability to pursue your passion in business and the freedom you have is second to none.
In business, your confidence increases more in working for yourself and being boss of yourself makes you balance and you focus more to make your business work and not fall.

Sharing from an experience!!!
My wife worked for a company that is into sales and supplies of provisions, she was paid a meager salary, the stress involved was so much and it took all her time, she was also taking risks because she was the one that customers knew directly and held responsible if there was a defect of any kind in the product.

There came a time that she was opportuned to purchase some of the company's products before price increment was done, she later sold those products at a little reduced rate from the new price and she made profit that would have been about 2-3months of her salary.

Conclusively, I would say you should know what you can handle because not every one has the ability of running a business to it's success. Some people are actually good in the job aspect.
