The story is about monsters that only appear at night in human form. There is a town where if someone accidentally enters, they can't get out, and everyone has to go to their homes before dark because the monsters only come out in the dark. And if everyone is in their homes, the monsters knock and try to trick people into opening the door or window so they can kill them. There’s a lot of detailing in the series, especially in showing dead bodies with great detail.
The story is quite interesting, revolving around the concept of escape—how the people will try to get out of the town, and whether they will escape or not. In the first season, it shows new families getting trapped in the city, and at first, they don’t believe any of it, but once they see things for themselves, they believe that the monsters do exist.
That’s a bit of the story; there’s a lot more interesting stuff ahead, but of course, I won’t spoil the suspense. If someone likes a series about monsters and planning, then this is a 10/10 series for them. It’s portrayed and explained really well. If someone is searching for a good series, I’d recommend this one.
But in my opinion, the negative part is that the story is slow, there’s less action, and too much talking. I think that’s the only negative point, but overall the story is pretty good. From my side, it’s a must-watch series.
